I have spent years inside organizations as an HR strategist and organizational development consultant, and the same truth shows up every time. The health of a business is the health of its people.
I started HiEnergy Consulting to bring practical HR expertise and long-term people strategy to leaders who care about the humans behind the results. Along the way that work grew into a podcast, a weekly newsletter, and a coaching practice for women leaders. All of it comes from the same place.
